Hi everyone,

We are in the middle of remodeling our condo and recently discovered a leak from the condo above. They tried to repair the leak in the shower pan and it has gotten better and is only a slow drip now but it is still leaking. We are in the middle of drywalling and are concerned about that area. The owner above wont do anymore to try to fix the leak and to make things worse, he is the president of the homeowners association.

Can anyone suggest any way we can remedy this?
