I agree, no shutters. The garage door has three options depending on what you like- keep it white matching the trim, paint it the same color as the siding, or paint it a couple of shades darker than the siding. Just depends on what you prefer. The doors can be any accent color you love. Go as daring as you are comfortable with. A warm orange, cool teal, classic navy, bold red....

Your siding color, trim color and brick don't like each other. At first I thought these were 2 different houses very close together. Adding shutters will do nothing.
Look for ideas on siding, red brick combination colors, and then the accent colors for front door. Trim and gutters and downspots are not design features so they can be painted to blend with wall colo, leaving an opportunity to pop the color on the doors.

Paint garage and doors navy.

The garage door is a utility: paint it and its trim to match walls so that it doesn’t attract so much attention. Try something like teal or bittersweet for the house doors and their trim. Also, add more prominent lighting to the door areas.

No shutters. Paint the door & perhaps the trim to match the brick to blend the 2 parts. Lv garage alone
