Are you changing the wall color? Right now the more permenant colors are in the warm brown tones of the flooring and countertop, but there are cooltones inthe mirror and door hardware. There really isn't a good way to marry the two if that is the intention.
Gravitate toward warm colors and neutrals for wall and cabinet choices and change cabinet hardware and mirrors to bronze, brass, golden, wood framed - you get the idea. In fact, you may not need to paint the cabinets, just make certain the finish is refreshed.

I actually like the white trim and wall color. it's the cabinets that look outdated to me. was planning on white, but there are so many choices

and I would like to update the floors, as well eventually

The cabinet looks fine. The sinks, faucets, and countertops are dating the room.

In order to tie together the cabinet with the counter and floors I would try a peachy color...this way it will stand on its own as a unit..look less like a misfit...

We think painting the cabinet white would work. Then replacing the countertops, faucet, and hardware should come next.
