Ultimately we will finish the basement but for now want to make our laundry room nicer and create a bathroom (3/4)

That is the space. It's walkout so wall with plumbing is basically fully above ground.
The space cornered by the metal post is 6' x 11". It's another 3' to the staircase. And I can move out beyond the 6' width with no issue.
Above the space adjacent to the stairs is a 5x9 bathroom. No vent to roof currently but the attic stairs are above the basement stairs. Will use that staircase and wall as access to plumbing and spot for vent... Maybe bathroom humidity vent too? Not sure if it's suggested to go out of the side wall? Would think going up to roof is ideal.
Need 3/4 bath.
For laundry, prefer side by side. Want a big sink. Counter for folding, space for ironing and hanging.
