My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

MamaP I haven't seen you in a while. Is everything ok?

    Hcbm and all you sweetys...I'm OK. I've been busy with the Holiday and the kids. Mikes not been able to work much the past few months do to his breathing issues (sigh) and he gets on my last nerve. Lol (Pat you would understand). Same things just another day in paradise.

    Hcbm...so nice of you to start a thread to check on me but than again your a super nice person as are you all.

    I thought about comming here and venting as I so often have but it makes me sick to hear myself. LOL.

    MiMi...how's that beautiful little furbaby?? My Little Lil continues having good and bad days but there's enough good that its not yet time. ...

    And of course theres Rosy (Chihuahua) who's now 9 months old and weighs 3&1/2 pounds...she's BAD...spoiled rotten. Shes like a tornado and she's the love of Amiees life. She's so soooo healthy thank God but Amiees bf pays for all vet care..again thank God. LOL.

    Both boys are again in gifted classes and both have all A's. I'm very proud. This is Tims last year in elementary school (5'th) which is good because he's just shy of 6 foot tall now. Hes the tallest kid in school but its elementary...he struggles with this..and he hasn't even hit the time of his life when he will have a growing spurt....doctor estimates adult height at 7 foot 4 in. Yikes.

    Chip is going to be 10 in March he's the tiny one no height and barely weighs 61 pounds. LOL.

    Amiee is ok...continues with her day to day struggles but as always is a champ.

    How have all of you been?

    Ava wasn't it you that gave me a recipe for cranberry sauce last year? Still the best I've ever had.

    Thank you for asking about me. ..I'll try to be more active here....I do miss you all and this laundry room.

      MamaP, Thank you for checking in. Sending much love and good wishes. As always, so glad you and your family are good. And sorry your hubs isn't feeling well. Too much togetherness is hard to take. And yeah for your boys. I am glad your school has a program geared to their intellect. I thought my nephew was tall at 6 foot 6, I am not sure what 7 foot 4 would feel like. My nephew buys cars based on if he can fit. Glad the fur babies are doing well.

      Sooooo glad you are doing well, MP0! The "togetherness" is getting on my nerves bigtime -- cannot comment. This forum has changed so much since Houzz took it over.........not happy with it at all.

      Hellllooooo Mama! My fur baby Angel is great, thanks for asking. She’s at the vets getting her annual teeth cleaning today so the cat is lonely without her to torment.
