Can the downrod be extended by a good electrician ?

    I am ordering three of these. I have a sloping ceiling. The heights from the ceiling to the cabinet top are: 13 ft 2 in, 12 feet 4 in, 11 ft 5 in. What to you suggest as the best height from counter top to hang the fixtures. I will need enough of the rods to connect to ceiling, minus the height from counter. How should I place the order?

    Stem hung fixtures are not a good solution if you are mounting them with the slope of the ceiling as the stem sections are not cuttable so that they can hang at the same height above the counter - Destination Lighting
