Hello, does the 3400 sq ft include the basement?

Can you share how many sq ft each floor is? Thanks!

Hello,

Thank you for your interest! No, the 3,400 does not include the finished basement. The 2nd floor is about 1,730sf, the 1st floor is about 1,675sf, and the finished part of the basement is almost 1,100sf.
