This kitchen is a great example of how small tweaks can be used to give an overall feeling of newness and freshness without blowing the bank. We gave minor updates to the bathroom, a partial facelift to the kitchen and a crisp new look to décor and furnishings:

To modernize the kitchen, existing cabinetry was re-painted in a white satin finish from Sherwin Williams and new black hardware was installed. The corner cabinet was removed and replaced with a slick new Bosch 18” dishwasher. We then added a Cambria quartz countertop, a stainless-steel under-mount sink and faucet by Kohler to maximize simplicity and minimize maintenance. We preserved the peninsula’s butcher-block countertop and painted the base cabinetry in a bright, bold aqua to compliment the newly hung blown-glass light fixture from Tech Lighting.
