My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

upper hallway space

I have a split level house and need advice as to how to utilize the upper hallway to make it fictional for something instead of dead space . Any ideas ?

    What is your family makeup? If kids, it would be an excellent staging spot...backpacks, shoes, etc...all in appropriate storage containers. Otherwise, a storage dresser (no such thing as too much storage), a chair and a lamp.
