This is a very dangerous setup you have now, and even worse if you connect a hood range. I have no doubt it is also a building code/safety code violation, no matter where you are and for good reason.

The device you linked to is intended to exhaust ambient air from rooms only. It should not be connected also with dryer vents, range hoods, or anything other than grills that exhaust room air from rooms The risk you have is that the dangerous fumes (from dryer or hood) will backtrack into the rooms where there are also exhaust grills. Exhaust hoods over stoves need a dedicated and separate line to the outside; dryer vents do too, each a one connection line with no connections to anything else. It's okay to use room air exhausts in tandem, as this device does, but not to combine other things with it in any combination.
