What you have isn't bad. I like that your mirror echoes your arched window. The table seems a good width for the space. Maybe hang the mirror on the wall, add a taller buffet style lamp making it a bit more cozy and less objects. You could paint the table and also the back of your door to add color to go along with the rest of your home. When choosing a rug, I would tend to go a bit larger than too small. Make sure it's a low enough pile so that you're still able to open your front door.

IMO the mirror should be taller, and you need more space on the surface of your table, so maybe a demilune table might be more interesting. I think the chandelier needs an update also.

My comment would be to stay away from wood look floor tile it is already fading in popularity if you have no place for boots and coats you need those even if just for guests. IMO a piece of art instead of a mirror would add some color to the space and for sure a new light fixture more in keeping with your style,

I like your table and mirror, and I agree on a rug and a different lighting. A narrow bench might work, or artwork on the opposite wall would complete the space IMO.

Thanks for all the great feedback everyone! Never thought about guests needing places for jackets, purses... so I will definitely look into hooks! We do have a coat closet nearby, but it’s small and stuffed to the gills with our own. Unfortunately I just bought the table and mirror... I agonized forever over the purchase, but wish I had just come here first. I’ll probably end up painting the table after we get our renovations done. :-) thanks again! This has really helped!
