My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

The post is sold separately. See the product description, last sentence. The "Post Sold Separately" used to be at the TOP of the product description with stars on each side so folks would know (***). I'll work with houzz to get them to put it back at the top! Sorry about any frustration or confusion. We sell the post on houzz for $119. If you search on our product/company "modbox" you'll see the posts.
