Received three quotes so far best one being 41k .
This is for 28x28 , 10 ft walls , 2 9x8 doors , 1 man door , lp smart siding to match house , upgraded 300 amp service in home 100 amp service in garage . There is a lil excavation needed , 20 inches high on one side . Also includes 3 windows. This quote is in the middle of the three and it is from the gc building our home currently. I’m willing to pay a little higher for him because I trust him . What are your thoughts on these numbers ?
