Are those tiles or wall paper?

Is the flowered shower wall tiles or wallpaper? Do you have the brand /name info on it? Also for the shelves, are they waterproof for in a shower? Or is the shower not used? Thank you.

It is tile, & they just slip the shower curtain in front of the shelves.
