My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Alternatives to Ralph Lauren sconces

Hi all, we are midway through renovating our living room and I've fallen for the divine Modern Hurricane sconce in bronze (http://www.ralphlaurenhome.com/products/Lighting/item.aspx?haid=114&collId=&shaid=&sort=&itemId=32479&phaid=) and MCM's Rex circular coffee table (https://mcmhouse.com/product/rex-round-coffee-table) which are unfortunately both way out of our price range. Any alternatives you can suggest? We are in Australia but I use my us to ship items out From the US. Thanks!
