My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi - this is a one-of-a-kind. It's an old chair that was refinished and reupholstered. It could be easily re-created by finding a similar style chair and having it reupholstered in this fabric. If you're interested, I can dig up the name of the fabric that was used. Just let me know. Thanks!

    The fabric is by Robert Allen. It's part of the @home collection. The pattern name is Sperling and the color is Noir. A number of online fabric stores, such as fabricguru.com carry the line. There is also a really fun coordinating stripe which was used on the back of this chair (Robert Allen Kukula Noir). Good luck!
