I had to clear out about a foot out from my outer courtyard wall so they could paint it, and I dug out a ton of crocosmia and short yellow-orange canna bulbs. Now I'm wondering where on earth to put them. I read that crocosmia like a bit more shade in hot areas, and they were in part shade here. Bloomed well, but always fell over reaching for the sun.

The cannas I love, but they multiply like MAD! I wish I had somewhere to put them where they could just go crazy. I may slip a few out at the edge of the woods where they can multiply to their heart's content.

I also have a bag full of shampoo (pine cone) ginger tubers I don't know what to do with. I NEED ACREAGE!
