What is the purpose here? Are you putting your house on the market? Why is a realtor not using photographs of the actual home and furnishings? A basic blueprint of the floor plan would be fine, but it is a staged home that will sell.

Its for a new construction in a new development. No house has been built yet, the blueprint is to help sell the floor plan and the lot.

So how do you fit in with the realtor? Have they hired you? Sounds like they think you have experience/abilities you don't have. There are apps and other software to help you. Maybe more Houzzers that use them can chime in to help you out.

Sketchup should do the trick! It's fairly easy to use downloadable software for a simple project and there are a lot of instructional videos out there for it. The software seems to malfunction when the project gets more complex, but for what you need, it might be a great option!
