Lovely choices, but you also need to consider the width of the hallway, which is….? I see the first piece is 34” deep. Even in a 6’ wide entry, it will take up half the space.

Doesn't 34" refer to the height? The depth looks to be 17"

Anyway they are both very nice pieces, which one goes better with your style, the first looks to be a Spanish Colonial piece while the second is clearly French, Louis XV or the like.

You'll have 7" of space on each side of a 36" chest so it should fit fine. The entryway serves to introduce you, your style and to set expectations for what to expect in adjoining rooms. Which of these two very different pieces do that, or do they do that at all?

Really depends on your style and other decor. I voted for the Arhaus (topmost photo) simply because it feels lighter than the bombe chest. Good luck with your decision!
