I am planning to purchase a new dishwasher soon and wonder if I should buy one with a bar type handle or without a handle?

A bar handle would allow for a dish towel to hang from it (I don't mind the look of that) and I am leaning toward buying one with a bar handle.

What are the pros and cons of each?
