Been on here for a while but I still struggle with diagnostics.

So, if my ponderosa lemon tree is in good draining soil (pro-mix potting soil with lots of perlite added) and I've been fertilizing with foliage pro very lightly this winter. That leaves me with the possibility of salt or chlorine buildup from my tap water right?
