Hi All,

We are remodeling part of our house and trying to fit in a small laundry room and office space. Below is our architects suggestion, but two issues for me.

1. The Laundry area is now in the center of the house which means venting needs to go up through the attic which is something I'm not keen on. I'd much rather vent directly through an outside wall.

2. The office area seems a little small in depth (5'2"). Sitting in my current office 5'6" seems the be the bear minimum I'd need for a desk and chair.

Any suggestions on alternate layouts?
