Tell me about these bamboo blinds.

I know I should be asking about this awesome tub! I mean what a space! I want to be there right now.
This is about the window dressing though.

Does that bamboo transom hide the bunched up blind if it is all drawn up? I dont love the bunched up look when the what I want is the window view. Prefer it be over the frame too so I can have the whole window frame visable if I want.

The bamboo valance does partially conceal the shade when drawn - but not entirely.

The shades are by Hartmann & Forbes.

Place a wood (boxed) valance over the rolled up shade and paint the same color as walls. When the shade is up, it blends into wall with no visual obstruction, shade is hidden. You can add a simple but wood decorative trim (rope molding) on the wood to cover seams if it looks too simple for you.
