Hi Sandy, this floor is actually reclaimed oak from old barns so its not manufactured. Most hardwood can have radiant under it and should not be an issue. The only issue we have had with it in the past is when the stain or sealer has been applied while the radiant was on. It did not cure well and had to be refinished again.

Thanks Barry, the beams are just raw hand-hewn beams, not stained. The window sashes are painted black.
