Looks like it might have been an Echeveria runyonii 'Topsy Turvy' but it is drastically etoliated due to low light and soil also looks way too dense and not free draining enough.

More light, less water, and probably repotting to a more porous soil mix.

You can behead the stalks to get it back more under control. Cut, dry for a couple of days and root into a good draining mix.

Also, I saw images while researching of "graptopetalum paraguayense" that looks alot like my succulent, do you think it could be it?

When it's growing properly you'll be able to get a better idea of what it actually is, and yes, it does look like it could have some G. p. in it. There are very many intergeneric hybrids (Pachyphytum x Echeveria, Graptopetalum x Sedum, etc), along with cultivars, as well.
