Hiring an artificial turf "pet" grass installation. K9grass vs Xgrass

We have a small area in our yard that we are going to use artificial turf for the dogs. We are not sure which product is best, K9 Grass by Forever lawns or X Grass artificial turf. We live North of Boston and would appreciate info from other home owners.
