Slugs and snails love succulents but so do worms. There are quite a few possible culprits here but I suspect that what you think are eggs are faeces from whatever ate your plant. Inspect it very carefully to see if there isn't still a caterpillar or two hanging around

If they were mine, I’d clip off damaged leaves. Place them off the ground in case it is slugs, on a chair or something. Keep an eye on them in case eggs were laid and insects hatch.

Mine Look like this too. Have have two plants. Both have this. they were not outsid. so what’s doing this. Been going on for a while and can’t find a bug. What do I do... used systemic house plant insect control and I feel like it is still happening. A spider that keeps coming back???

Spiders don’t eat plants, they’re carnivores, and beneficial because they eat the bugs that eat our plants.

Could you post a pic of the damaged leaves?

My first plan of action before a systematic would be to repot into new fresh soil or mix. Inspect the plants real good. See if that helps.

If the damage looks like the above pic that’s very stereotypical snail/slug damage. Could also be a caterpillar, but usually these type of bugs don’t hangout inside. That’s why changing the soil may help because the old soil could have slug eggs in it. I’ve unpotted plants and have seen slug eggs, but my plants are outside.

Do you have cats? They could possibly be munching on your plants.

A snail came in a new plant I bought. I placed it on a Thanksgiving Cactus I no longer cared for, thinking it would be happy there. Stayed on the plant for a month, but then disappeared in the house
