My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What are you dealing with, on what device and accessed in what way?

We can include tablets although I don't think I've seen any posts complaining about that.


Pixel/Android - Chrome to access NOT the app (don't have it, won't have it) - when typing a response the first word is erased as the second word is typed, the second word is erased when the third word is typed and so on.


I am SO tired of wanting to respond to something in a timely manner but all I have is my phone and I can't. This place better get their sh*t together.
