You really need to go back and take some photos that include clear images of the branches and leaves. I am not even sure that both are the same type of tree.

Where are you located as far as nearest large city?

Might be a red or silver maple or hybrid of those, but can't be sure w/the distant pics you've posted do far.

Sorry but you are wasting your time shooting from this far away - inside your car - and then posting here, in the hope anybody will be able to tell. On the off chance that somebody comes out because you are pointing a camera at their house from the sidewalk just tell them what you are doing.
