My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi Faith, You are correct - the sofas are Andre from Room and Board. Good detective work! The fabric that we used was called "Delamont" in the color "Cloud." It is a microfiber. Unfortunately, these sofas were purcahsed five years ago for our 2013 demonstration home. It looks like the fabric is no longer available according to the Room and Board website. Perhaps you can contact the store and ask for a recommendation that is similar in color to Cloud. Best of luck with your project - Gigi DiGiacomo, DiGiacomo Homes
