My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

We bought this heater late fall 2018 and it has never worked.

We put it together as per the instructions and we haven't been able to light it, despite numerous attempts & even attaching various propane tanks.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
