Both bathrooms in our older house need remodeling quite badly. Either would help tremendously. The downstairs has no room to expand but the upstairs could be expanded into the next closet beside it (that's as big as the bathroom is currently). The bathroom needs to be stripped of tile and completely red looted. The laundry room has open walls that are in need of drywall and painting and sprucing up. A more functional clothes rack would also be very helpful in the laundry room.
