My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Call a local designer, every thing in this room looks custom made. Shades look like Conrads not Horizon but I could be wrong. If the ends are raw, Horizon, if with a weave banding, Conrads...much nicer. I find it interesting that all the questions asked can be answered by your talented local interior design professional. Don't be afraid to hire one. Most work can not be done without
    help.
