We are building a new house and I am stuck on my granite choices. Any advice would be muchly appreciated! We have colonial white maple cabinets in a traditional shaker style with maple cabinets for the island with cinnamon stain and black glaze. We are looking at cambrian black satin for the counters with white subway tiles and white spring satin for the island. We also considered using the black cambrian on the island as well. Also, with honed counters should we have a shiney polished subway tiles or honed? Our floors will be red or white wider plank oak wood floors with a darker toned stain. Any advise or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!! As would any thoughts on either of the potential choices. Thank you in advance.
