My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The wall is reclaimed redwood siding from the original house, wire wheeled for texture, brushed on brownish/grey stain, then a water based clear coat on top for water protection. Hope that helps.

    We have the same idea (using reclaimed redwood from the original house) to do this wood panel in the powder room. Yours turned out amazing. Love the color. Thank you for sharing.

    The owner purchased this mirror, along with the vanity lights, at The Lighting Showroom in Kings Beach, California (Lake Tahoe). You could call them and/or send them the photo and see if they can tell you who the manufacturer is. Or send you the same mirror....
