This is a natural shell tile and natural tones in the shell are what gives it beauty and light play.

You can remove tile chips and replace, however it may ruin the integrity of having a groutless tile, Tile chips are cut to fill grout areas and may vary slightly to ensure a full coverage, so a replacement might not be a perfect fit.
