Accessing the closets through the bath isn't a great design. Not only does it make getting ready a challenge, and introduce moisture to the clothing, it also means you're wasting a ton of space in that bathroom.

Look at all that unusable space in the center of the bathroom. You have four doors (five if you count the shower) in one space. That's a LOT.

It would be better to make the closest accessible from the bedroom rather than the shower. If you swapped the bathroom and back closet it would probably end up cheaper too in terms of plumbing since it would back up to the other baths.

That's a giant amount of wasted space. And there's no minotaur or statue or focal point at the center of that monster maze.

live_wire_oak & Sina Sadeddin Architectural Design: Playing with layouts if we move the closet next to the bedroom. We could add a hallway will lead past the closet and to the bathroom. Now, how would you carve up the space for the bathroom? It's 13' x 8 1/2' with an extra bump out that is about 8' x 3'. The top left corner is the hall bath. I want a water closet, large shower, and plenty of vanity space (could be 1 or 2). I had considered a linen closet, but I could manage without it as long as the vanities were ample. I don't want a bathtub.
