I see my q showed up in the right place. What did I do wrong so I couldn't find this forum in this form....?

Hi Marie, nice to see you back too. :-)

I type www dot gardenweb dot com into the browser and get there that way. Once I post to a thread, I get an email in my box whenever someone posts to that thread and I click on the link in the email to get back to it.

Also, if you see the arrow on this page down on the bottom right, I click that, it takes me to the top of the page, I click on New England Gardening, it takes me back to the front page of the NE forum. At the top left of that page is a list of 'Your Forums', that list the forums you visit often. Right under that, it has 'Explore Topics' and the first one is labeled 'Garden Forums'. Clicking on that will give you all the Gardenweb Forums. Starting there, click on all the forums you want to visit frequently and they will show up under 'Your Forums' the next time you visit.

I was wondering where you were! Glad to have you back. Hope all is well. I definitely bookmark. Do you know how to create a folder of bookmarks? I have several Gardenweb forums bookmarked in a folder so they don't take up all the space on my bookmarks bar at the top of my browser.

I know you're seasoned and have done all of t his multiple times in the past. I wonder if Houzz was glitching earlier, making it difficult to navigate.

I have a area in GW for Your Topics and I was able to add my favorite forum choices directly in there. So when I get to my bookmark for GW as a whole I see that section and can click on any of those forums......or get to the others as well, but I like having those quick links.

My goodness, have I slowed down in two years. Gone are the days 5 hour gardening stints then making dinner and watching tv.

If I garden a few hours I crawl into the house and lie down for "a few minutes", which turns into a huge nap or falling asleep for the night.
