My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Rhipsalis pilocarpus and Broms.

It looks almost like a Tillandsia and almost a moss or fern. Just has the look. I moved this plant from a shadier cooler backyard to where I and the world can see it. Warmer in the front yard also. It had been on a Trachycarpus Palm and let me tell you,it had thick roots wrapped on that trunk's fiber. Now on an Ash.
