Carol in Jacksonville shared some amaryllis seeds with me a looong time ago. 2013 to be exact. It took a while before I got around to planting them and ended up moving them twice before I found the spot they liked. Well, they finally sent up a flower spike last week and today

I have two very pretty pink flowers. I realize that seed grown plants take longer to bloom than those started by bulb, but that was a very long time. I love the color. Thank you so much Carol!
