Very pretty!

I’m typically not a fan of flowers on a plate, but in this case I’ll admit they look nice. I like the poetry, too. But I might have gone with pomegranate. I’m guessing (kinda hoping) the beet didn’t add more than color to the char siu whereas pomegranate could have been interesting. And more likely to be used in “authentic” Chinese cuisine.

I’m assuming Ba spokes was intentional? (A post a while back has me looking for symbolism in your plating.)

FOAS, I used pork belly. But I am not a fat eater. The plating is to show all the fat has been removed.
