Is this dangerous if you have toddlers running around?

We will have two kids under three years of age. Will this be dangerous?

    Hello, the designer has some toddlers - or had - so he included the feature of the adjustable rod that easily adjusts upward by releasing the button on the pole. The top does get hot, so this feature helps to raise it up so toddlers cannot touch the top. Fire and fuel is dangerous of course so I leave up to your discretion. Thanks! Sincerely, Joe - Plushpod
