We need help choosing the right color to stain our deck/ covered porch. Right now it's a very neutral gray. We are thinking about using Behr solid stain in cordovan brown or Boot Hill grey. Boot Hill grey is almost exactly the same color as the deck is currently. We like the dark brown color of cordovan brown and were thinking about staining the floor the dark brown color and the railing using the grey. Our house is all brick except for the rear which we recently painted Intellectual grey by sherwin Williams. Do you think it would look too busy to use 2 different stain colors - one for slings and one for the floor? Any ideas are appreciated.
