My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hello and sorry for my delayed reply! Are you asking about the window trim? I had put in the description that the windows are by Weathershield, and are a painted vinyl. This project was done in 2004, so they my no longer offer that exact product or the brown color. The gutters are copper, and did patina to blend with the windows (which I had counted on!). The fascia boards are painted Benjamin Moore HC-70 (Van Buren Brown), and it's a color I've advised to clients many times. I hope this helps! ~ Kathy
