King Mattress Reccomendations

Our current king mattress is 16 years old. It’s been a great mattress for us- pillow top Perfect Sleeper by Serra but I think it’s time to replace it. What’s new in mattresses these day? Where should I buy one? Any tips? We like a moderately firm mattress with a pillow top. Thanks!
