My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I'm glad for the rain, but enough is enough!

Rained all day long Sunday and again today. Yes, we need it badly, and I'm happy for it, but I'm glad tomorrow will be partly sunny so I can get out and get things done. Not having a car and hating to go out in the rain makes my excursions into real life dependent on the weather.

On the other side, my water bill is going to be much lower this month, and probably my electric too, because I haven't had the air on except while I'm sleeping for days now. Had the windows open all day and loving the fresh air.

I may have to bring my clivia back in to keep them from drowning. Those roots rot so easily when they're in plastic pots.
