They also changed Tide Original. It still says original, but it is not. I can't stand it. Neither can most everyone else in the reviews.

I liked it because it had a very slight scent. It is horrible now, even after an extra two rinses.

Any idea what to buy? I don't need HE detergent for a front loader.

Tigereye, you can always use the free and gentle version. That' what I use, couldn't take the way too sweet artificial beyond candy scent. I did open a bottle of the original while shopping and it wasn't too bad in the bottle. Sad that they changed all of the formulas and not just scent wise.

The HE F&G version is WAY too sudsy and doesn’t clean all that well. The Ultra F&G which is HE Turbo at Target is fantastic though!

Doreycrouse, thanks for the heads up. I bought several bottles of the HE F&G before the new formulas hit the shelves, Looks like I won't buy more when they're gone.

It makes me so mad that they keep messing with their old great scents. Did they change the Cheer powder too? Maybe that's where I head next...I've used the Tide with Downy AF for YEARS. :-(

The store near me quit carrying the Tide Pur. Luckily I found some at another store so bought 3 jugs.
