They are found in commercial kitchens, though the range in style and finish is quite limited. I've found them at plumbing supply stores as well as on-line.

Try a supplier that specializes in old house parts. Lots of old sinks had a wall mount faucet or it was mounted on the tall back of the sink.

You do know that you can bring the water lines into the base cabinet and have a normal counter top mounted faucet?

If not, there are plenty of wall mounted kitchen faucets made by many manufacturers, you can find them on Home Depot website or Amazon, or local plumbing supply stores.

Thanks, but we already have the water coming down from above. I wanted an industrial look and like the idea of the copper pipes exposed down to the sink.

Two elbows and a couple of these will give you the industrial look you seek.

Thank you for the idea. I was really hoping to be able to blend the hot/cold and swivel the faucet as this will be a working (spare) kitchen sink. Saw this on Pinterest. Really close to what I am hoping to make, but really was hoping to be able to swivel the spout.

Both that Jake showed as examples can swivel the spout. I would think just about any wall mount faucet would work.
