What is this and is it growing correctly?

I picked up this little bubbly cactus at the store a couple months ago. It was much more squat and small. With the warmer, sunnier days, I’ve been letting it sunbathe. is it growing correctly? Willl I have to eventually repot it to be one its own? Can I split it up in smaller pieces?

new to planting! All info is appreciated!!

    Try a search for Monanthes. That Wandering Jew in the back should be removed, it's not a succulent like the rest & will want more frequent water than they will.
