BM Dove Wing paint

Anyone use BM Dove Wing? Regrets? Best decision ever? Thoughts?

Used BM Dove Wing a few weeks ago in a bedroom & bath. I love it. It turned out lighter than how it appears on the small paint sample. It has a soft white appearance that does not lean pink or yellow to me. I think it has a very very very light tan/tanish grey look to it. Even with the tan/grey look, I think of it as a "white". It came out looking how I had hoped it would. I used the BM "regal select" product, two coats. I used the same color everywhere (walls & wood). Flat on the walls, semi-gloss on the wood and on bathroom walls.

I used Dove Wing in my kitchen and throughout most main floor of the house, including ceilings, with the exception of my F&B Hague Blue accent wall in the dining Room. I love it and it reads much warmer in my home than I thought it would, just perfect. I am freak about paint, so I do many sample boards or paint splatches on the wall before I choose.

I've never used Dove Wing, but I tend to look up paint colors when they're being discussed in the forums. I think it's a very lovely and interesting color. In the online images I see green in it, not that that's a bad thing.

I just tried out Lori Sawaya's hue family/color wheel and found it's not my imagination (98.1 degrees on the color wheel).

Laurie- when you mentioned you used it on the walls and wood, do you mean you painted the walls and trim the same color? If so, I'd love to see a picture of that!

Dove Wing doesnt read green in my house ;) at all. I thought it would pick up gray in the kitchen but it really doesn’t. It’s actually, at the risk of repeating myself lol, a warm white in our house.

Yes, I painted the walls and trim BM Dove Wing. I do not have crown molding and the baseboards are very small. Semi gloss used on window sills, baseboards, closets, bathroom cabinet, & doors. The first two pics were taken around 6PM as the sun is setting. The rest of the pics were taken this morning.

Hi! I know this is an old post, but I am wondering what exposure your room has? The dove wing looks so beautful in there.

The room faces North. Some time during the day, certain walls appear light gray.

Perfect! My house is north facing. Thank you so much responding! :)
